An interesting candidate for the bench of Bayern appeared
Ehrenhart (Frankfurt) senior coach Niko Kovac is the main candidate to take over Bayern Munich in the summer, Bild reports. The contract of the 46-year-old Croatian specialist has an option to get a proposal from the Bavarians. Kovac`s favor may be affected by his good relationship with Bayern`s sports director Hassan Sallyhammedic, who played together in Munich in 2001-2003.
Current coach Jupp Heynckes, who replaced Carlo Ancelotti in the season, will leave the team in the summer. Some time ago the 72-year-old specialist said he had decided to retire.
